Liberty Homes offers incentives for buyers who use our Preferred Lender. For July 2025, new buyers who use our preferred lender can take advantage of the following incentives*:

Lender-Paid Closing Costs**
When you close with our preferred lender, you get lender-paid closing costs on most loans.

Our preferred lender is familiar with Liberty Homes, the sales staff, policies, and requirements. This allows for quick and accurate answers to your questions. Upfront, Underwritten Approval
Your earnest money and construction deposit are non-refundable. Our preferred lender will issue an underwritten approval up front so that when you put a down payment on your new home, you can be confident that you can close on your home when it is ready.

They are very familiar with the Liberty Homes building process and can help ensure a smooth, on-time closing with no surprises. They strive to make the experience as seamless as possible, so you feel less stress and more excitement about your new home purchase.
* July incentives available on new contracts on select lots signed on or before August 15, 2025, on select lots. Previous contracts not eligible. Buyers must use our preferred lender to receive incentives — if buyer closes with a non-preferred lender, they will be responsible for the costs of any incentive provided.
