We want you to feel secure that we will be there for any warrantable service needs you may have. For efficient operations, our Customer Care Program offers three timely spaced visits with our quality control specialists based on your written report of non-emergency warranty items at 30 days, 5 months, and 11 months after closing.

Emergency requests can be made at any time during the first year by completing our online form.
What is considered an emergency?
- Total loss of heat.
- Total loss of air conditioning if inside temperature is above 85 degrees.
- A plumbing leak that may cause permanent water damage to your home. (If this is the case, please turn off your water main if possible.)
- A gas leak. In this case, leave your home immediately and contact your utility company. Shut off the gas outside of your home.
- Total or substantial loss of electricity. Please check circuit breakers before calling.
